Buyers out there are getting into multiple offer situations every day on the new homes to the market that are priced right and sellers are reaping the rewards from this demand. Plus, if a seller sells their current home and has the new home that they want to buy under contract before the end of April, they can qualify for the $6500 "move-up" tax credit after the purchase this home.
